Yes I know. This is a rather awkard title. But given the reality of SEO we must work with what works!
Anyways, if you’re a bookworm and prefer to go about learning Spanish through a book as posed to say an audio approach or an interactive software program, there are several books to consider. Our focus here is one on particular title.
The Spanish in Ten Minutes a Day book is certainly one of the most popular titles. The latest editon includes an audio cd, even though the original book was structured without an audio component. The book has plenty of exercises and all the illustrations are in color. The book includes sticky labels to label common household items as well as flash cards that can be cut out.
The book also includes a transliteration to help guide you in your study, though this is of less consequence, if you purchase the latest edition with the CD. The book can serve for a variety of age groups and is one of the easiest approaches we have seen.
The non CD version is available for $19.95 and the audio edition is $26.95.
If you do prefer something much more comprehensive, then we recommend you consider the FSI Platiquemos Complete Spanish Course. With 8 levels and four bonus courses, and more than 20 native speakers, it has yet to be beat for comprehensiveness.
