Learn Zulu Language

October 27th, 2009 · No Comments

Approximately 10 to 12 mllion people speak Zulu. Unfortunately the number of learning Zulu courses is rather limited. There are however various courses which provide a good start to the Zulu student. Three courses to consider are the following:

Talk Now Zulu Beginner Software

World Talk Intermediate Zulu Software

Teach Yourself Zulu Book and CD Course

The first two courses are software based. The first, Talk Now Zulu is vocabulary focused. The course concentrates approximately 450 basic words focusing on practical sections like food, shopping, directions, time, and more. The World Talk course is the intermediate level which builds off the Talk Now and additional instruction. Additional courses  for Zulu are set for release from Eurotalk

The last course, Teach Yourself Zulu course is a combiniation course which focuses on basic sentence grammar, vocabulary, and conversations. This course also  includes culture notes and background which are intended to help the student get the most out of a business trip or holiday.

Be sure to check our post on Zulu Language Resources which includes a variety of free resources.
