One I started learning one foreign language ,it was French.I learned just a few words but I lost interest soon and then never tried to learn any other language, I wished to learn Spanish too … But

Yes definitely, being able to speak both Spanish and English is a huge advantage, especially in the US where there are a sizeable number of jobs that prefer people who can speak both these languages. But being able to learn a language takes time and language software can definitely help you accelerate your learning.
Online learning is very good, it also helps to have a native speaker to speak as well, finding the native speaker is difficult but would be well worth it.
